Thank you for shopping at Eleventh House Vintage! We hope that you will love these items as much as we love finding them.

We do not accept returns or exchanges in-store or online. Please review the item descriptions carefully before purchasing.  We are more than happy to answer any questions, especially in regards to fit or condition. 

Our items are vintage (20-100 years old) and pre-loved.  With that occasionally comes condition issues due to age and wear.  We make every effort to detail any and all possible condition issues in the listing description and items are priced accordingly.  If you feel we’ve missed something obvious, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item so that we can resolve the issue.  

Please be sure to read the “Measurements” section of the item description and review our measurement guide before placing your order to ensure a proper fit. We recommend comparing the item measurements to the measurements of one of your favorite garments.
