Shipping policy

Orders are processed at our studio in 1-2 days, Monday - Friday, and shipped via USPS. You may select a USPS service at checkout to view calculated shipping fees (based on weight) and estimated arrival dates.


We offer the following services:


  • First Class Mail: available for small items under 1 lb. Domestic deliveries arrive in 2-5 days. Includes tracking but not insurance.
  • Priority Mail: Domestic deliveries arrive within 1-3 days. Tracking and insurance is included. 
  • Priority Mail Express: Next-day to two-day delivery by 6PM guaranteed. Tracking and insurance is included. 
  • First class international: Delivery speed varies by destination and make take up to a few weeks. Does not include tracking or insurance.
  • Priority Mail International: Ships to delivery country (not location) in 6-10 days. Includes tracking and insurance.

International customers are responsible for paying for all customs duties, taxes, fees, or VAT.  We cannot mark orders as gifts or change values on customs forms.


Once the package is out of our hands, USPS tracking (if included in the service you select) is the only information that we have access to about your package's location and status. If your package is marked "delivered" but you still haven't received it, please contact your local post office. We are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages marked "delivered" "in-transit" or "arriving late." We (and our wonderful mail carriers) appreciate your patience and understanding!


Packaging


Vintage fashion is sustainable, so why shouldn’t our packaging be sustainable, too? We take care to use recycled, recyclable, and reused materials as much as possible.  Most of our apparel items are packed in recycled tissue paper with deadstock vintage ribbon in thin film-recyclable poly mailers or bags made of 100% recycled content and/or recyclable cardboard boxes. We reuse packing paper, bubble wrap and cardboard boxes as much as possible for fragile, irregularly-shaped or large items. Our shipping labels are fully recyclable, printed on 100% post-consumer waste white paper and a 100% recycled and curbside-recyclable liner.
