Slow Fashion Summer: DIY Cutoffs Workshop

Sustainability isn't a fad, and neither are cutoffs, but this summer both are having a moment. Are you ready? Join Gretchen from Sunny Spot Vintage for a chill evening at the Eleventh House Vintage Shop + Studio to make your own! We'll review the various popular styles and sprinkle in the fashion history of cutoffs from rebellion to frugality to fashion. Then we’ll guide you through the process to cut your jeans and provide the tools and materials to distress and embellish them to perfection. The Shop will be open if you'd like to accessorize your new pair of cutoffs.

NOTE! This workshop is BYOJ: Bring a pair of jeans to cut to your specifications. We recommend choosing a pair that are 98-100% cotton. (100% is required if you seek a distressed look.) Need a pair? Swing by the Shop during open hours to browse and try on a selection from SSV and EHV!
